Great Room
The great room is over-sized, and flows into both the kitchen/dining area, and the dining room. Entertaining for large parties is ideal with this layout, and it is just as cozy for a quiet evening at home with the family. There is plenty of room for a full suite of great room furniture and a grand piano. The fireplace and built-ins add a nice touch of elegance to this area, too!

Kitchen
The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, triple sink, glass-door cabinetry, and is conveniently located between the family eating area and the formal dining room.

Family Dining Area
Adjacent to the kitchen and great room, this area will accommodate a large table. It is perfect for visiting with guests while working in the kitchen or lounging in the great room.

Cantilevered Window Seat
The window seat area adjoins the great room, and is large enough to accommodate two for an afternoon nap! It almost is a room unto itself.

Dining Room
The dining room is over-sized to accommodate a full set of dining furniture. With the availability of the large family dining area, it was designed to allow for conversion to a downstairs bedroom if needed.

Master Suite
The master suite is large, and includes a wonderful balcony overlooking the great room. The doors to the balcony were custom-designed with stained glass that matches the stained glass feature in Guest Room 1. The walk-in closet is huge, and offers access to the attic via heavy-duty pull-down stairs. The master bath has the luxury of both a two-person whirlpool tub AND a separate shower.

Guest Room 1
This guest bedroom features a custom-designed, through-the-wall stained glass window. The window is comprised of two matching panels with lighting in between (visible from the guest room and the great room below).

Guest Room 2
This guest bedroom is convenient to the guest bath and the bonus room.

Bonus Room
The bonus room features its own sink, cabinetry and mini freezer/fridge. It could be used as an office, play room, or 4th bedroom.

The stair landing is room-sized, and was designed to accommodate a future spiral staircase to the attic space.

The laundry room has a built-in laundry sink, extensive cabinetry, nice counter space and tile floors.

This bath has a shower, and is adjacent to the laundry room. It was designed for easy showering following work in the yard!

The screened porch is perfect for entertaining, and connects to the back wrap-around porch and the concrete patio. It has views of the perennial gardens and the rear lawn area.
